Pulire, Tonificare, Idratare {Cleanse, Tone, Moisturize}

Come farlo:

The summer it's over, we sunbathed, we tanned, and we punished our skin a lot. Now is the time to cuddle it.

I'm not an expert, but you are one that always has been concerned from the skin of the face, maybe due to I'm fair-skinned and I have sensitive  and combination skin. It 's true that genetics for once helped me, and as my mom, I have a few wrinkles and healthy skin, but I also want it to continue that way.

Having sensitive skin does not help if you have a skin tending to oily, anything that is good for one does not improve the other, so it's always a fight for understand what you can or can not use. As everybody with me worked fine the system test - error / test - success.

So, we all know that you should clean - tone - moisturize every night and every morning (!!). That you have to exfoliate the skin of dead skin cells once a week. We also know that creams & co. have a cost, and we also know that natural is better. So what? Why do not we make them at home? Really, it's not complicated. Of course, they are more delicate so it is best not to make large quantities, and it is best to keep them in the fridge, but otherwise it's a bit like making a cake or a pudding ^ __ ^

So, we start from step one: Clean.

Facial cleanser for all skin types:

What you need:

1 ripe tomato pulp (peeled and seeded)
30 ml. milk
15 ml. orange juice
15 ml. lemon juice
Robot kitchen or minipimmer

How to do it:

Put all the ingredients in a food processor and whizz it until it becomes a smooth watery substance

You can keep this refrigerated for a few days

Property:

Tomato is a real cure for the skin: protects it from damage caused by ultraviolet rays and, being rich in lycopene, fights free radicals delaying the appearance of signs of skin aging (tone relaxed, loose skin, wrinkles).

Milk is considered a great help to counteract dryness and dry skin since ancient times

Orange is an excellent source of vitamin C, essential for the skin and also fights free radicals.

Lemon is great to regenerate cells and tone the skin, thanks to its high content of vitamin A.

Easy, fast and natural. What more could we want?

Note: it clear that even if the ingredients are natural does not mean that they are anti-allergic, so I recommend that before to use it all over your face you try in a small area (usually the inside of the wrist is the best one) to prove that you are allergic to any ingredient.

Normally used for the storage of colored glass jars, such as those of fruit juices

{I Love Hamburguer}

Ah! Non dimenticate una buona birra ghiacciata. Buon appetito!!

Londra Chiama {London Calling}

Cosa Dicono le Stelle? {What About the Stars}

A picture of the sky at the time of birth that resembles us and will be with us for life. Here is what is the horoscope. And 'the strength of the planets revolving around the solar system that characterizes us as individuals at the time of our birth. Every planet,, so has its special importance and through his strength makes us be what we are.

There are those who believe and who not, who reads the newspaper in the morning out of curiosity and those who do not even know their ascendant. I'm definitely in the first group, in fact I am one who has the real passion of the stars and planets. I know you're thinking: Ugh the usual charlatan who wants to believe that the horoscope has any true foundation. Well I'm sorry to disappoint you, but I have no intention to convince any of you. I'm here to talk to you about my great passion from my point of view to an autodidact ready to put into question, and if you want we will see who is right.

I approached the world of astrology, which has always intrigued me, after going with my cousin (companion of many adventures in life) from a lady who gave us the karmic astrology chart. From there I began to read more and to note that many shades of character of the people are similar only because the sun at that time of year passes in that sign or zodiacal constellation so I thought imagine if to all this we add all the other planets to complete the picture ... From that moment I began to study, out of curiosity to understand how we could come affected.

Now you can continue to do not believe, but we put the horoscope in the suitcase.

Allenamento Funzionale - Burpees (w/video)

Preparatevi ecco a voi i Burpees

Aaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!

braccia alzate. Qui dovete battere le mani !!!

Quali parti del corpo interessano i Burpees ? Sono 4

1 gambe
2 glutei
3 busto
4 braccia

Esercizio completo= allenamento perfetto

L’ALLENAMENTO RENDE LIBERI

"Well, you can train for 20 minutes on the  treadmill, then have 3 training series with repetitions, a bit of leg stretching…blah blah blah”

STOP IMPOSTORS !!!!!!

Ladies, if what you really want is to improve and start using your body as you should, forget about walks and muscular personal trainers that repeat the same sentences over and over. Start working out seriously with only one thing: your body as your equipment.

Are you ready? I am introducing you to “burpees”.

Aaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!! And what is that thing whose name sounds like Homer Simpson after drinking 10 liters of beer?

Let’s start with a bit of history: the name comes from an American physicist called Royal H. Burpee. He invented this exercise in order to evaluate the physical condition of individuals. And so, the Burpee test was born. It was used during the 2nd World War with American soldiers in order to evaluate their resistance, agility and strength.

This simple exercise it is a combination of 4 movements. The initial position is standing up:

1  do an air squat

2 from the squatting position, bend your trunk forward and your legs backwards. Doing this you’ll be on push up position (please, do not crash on the floor)

3 from the push up position go back to the air squat position

4 and from the air squat position jump to the first position (standing up) with your arms expanded over your head (you can clap if you like)

This is the standard version which I recommend to start with. Start slowly, do it 5 times (series of 3) and resting one minute between series. Slowly, try to do it quicker and you will now know what working out means.

One you become “burpee-dependants” you can then move to the “agony version” as I call it. This one differs from the standard in only one move: on phase 3 bend your arms to go back to the air squat position and then jump to the first position with your arms over your head and you must clap your hands!

Which parts of your body will exercise when doing “burpees”? Exactly 4:

1 legs
2 gluteus
3 trunk
4 arms

Total exercise = perfect workout

Apart from toning up your body, you will realize that your breathing, resistance, cardiac strength and coordination also improve.

Try it to believe it.

Working out makes you free!

Come Fare un Pom Pom di una Maglietta Riciclata {How to Make a Pom Pom with a Recycled T-shirt}

My template is 8cm/3,14 inches of outer diameter, the inner part is 4cm/1,57 inches
To get the rolled strips only need to stretch the extremes and it rolls itself
I recommend you cover the template for 3 times and not too tight, This will make you it easier to tighten the inner strip and the cut around.

It seemed obvious that the first post must have been how to make the Pom Pom that I showed you last week, right?

What you need is a T-shirt (old, new ...), scissors that cut enough and a cardboard template.

Come apparecchiare la tavola {How to set the table}

Ho creato un mostro!!! Aiuto!!!

Normale? No.

Help!

Let me explain it better: my husband is sick at home; he smashed his knee playing soccer with 8 years old children. We have tried to explain him many times that when you are 40, there are some things you just cannot do as before, but he doesn’t seem to understand. The fact is that he is at home and when I return from work, lunch is ready and the table set. Not too bad, isn’t it?

Yesterday when I came back home for lunch I realized that the table was properly set. Is this normal? No.
I am very picky; I use fabric napkins and put the knife on the right and the fork on the left, a glass for the water and another one for the wine ... small details. I realize that not everyone care about these details. Of course I do not use the crystals and porcelain every day, Ikea glasses have their place at the table, too.

This is why I have decided to write some basic tips about how set the table, even though this may sound very obvious for some people, sometimes it isn’t for other.

Put the spoon and the knife on the right side, with the blade facing the plate, please. Put the fork and the napkin on the left side. You can also put the napkin on the left of the fork, below the fork or on the plate if you want. The glass of water goes on the right side and the wine glass next to it (left). And voilà, a beautifully settled table! It's not so hard, isn’t it?

Casa di Anna - Piano Terra I {Anna's Home - Ground Floor I}

Anna's Home - Ground Floor

Like in this life if you want something you have to get in the game I decided to start from me. I present to you my home rented about 100 square meters on two floors in the charming town of Iseo in the province of Brescia. Today I show you the ground floor. The plan is square, which simplifies things enough. The dining area has remained the same because we have the constraint of the kitchen (red!!). The area of the living room is anyway constrained by two doors that make the entrance, but _ one can think something different to the current situation.

When you want to fantasize with a restyling of your home, I suggest you to make a plan at scale _ and draw the furniture that you have always at scale. cut out Them and play with it. It is easy and less tiring to move the sofa '_ ^

Spegnete il Neon {Turn Off the Neon}

The summer It 's over, please turn off the neon

As ever this year I'm glad to browse magazines and find the usual black, red and beige. After a summer in which the fluo made it to master, back to the warm tones, certainly more suitable for the fall season.

It was fun t see around maxi Stabilo Boss speakers, fun as the sea for children , but too much sea, you know, makes them nervous.

A summer with family, laughs, beach and BBQ. Here's how my holidays were. Same umbrella, same friends and same house a blast from the past with a few more wrinkles.

I still remember my astonishment at seeing for the first time in a bramble hundred fireflies, and this year  first of all (after opening the lock of the house, took a shower, cooked dinner, ate and arranged, oh well not really first thing :)) Scheggia brought in the forest in search of insects flashing. But there were not, this year in Marina di San Nicola (Roman shore) fireflies were not there. To replace them, however, many young people (and not only) with bright fluorescent clothes that dazzled the streets, even there was a decrease of global power.

A fashion came last year and entered shyly in the shop windows and in the wardrobe of bags with shoulder straps, shoelaces and earrings in polymer clay, it was nice the contrast which could have a lime green on a brown leather bag. From here to the transformation in the passage and fireflies bipeds was short. I do not know how it happened but the vests, bags, shoes and even the nails of hands and feet had become all color highlighter.
A return to the 80 experts say, but I was not there at that time or rather I was there but I was too young to express myself and now that I have a minimum of personal taste I can say that I do not like this trend. Or rather, I do not like for everyone, it's a fashion cut and sewn on the teenager, and this was to remain.

But now before unplugging the switch I leave you some pictures.

La Tasca Segreta {The Secret Pocket}

The week is too short to be able to talk about everything that comes to mind is a bit like a suitcase where it is impossible to get everything that we want to take. But a secret space for the latest things is always there, well this will be for us our hidden corner in which we will discuss in freedom.

A section that will be write by 4 hands where you will find everything, but everything that comes to mind of children and animals, from the management to clothing, from food, to strife, but also not only, evenings spent at the cinema watching films chosen for the plot or for Jude Law, our books read with feelings and emotions that we have left and not detailed and cold reviews , restaurants tested with our favorite dishes and trying (mission impossible we know) the recipes of the chef, hotels unearthed from websites but also in unexpected weekend break without organization, journeys experienced by us and reported as how we understand a travel. Stories of everyday life, our life!

La Forza della Natura {The Power Of Nature}

CrossFit exercises via Pinterest and CrossFit Workouts
Homemade Soap via Fimby
Essential Oils via Whole Living

Today is our day!

Between creams and weights to keep fit have fun together. The methods are always the same: tradition and innovation in an effective mix and homemade.

Nicola will take care about fitness, who with his functional training will try make us appreciate some effort. Starting point: fit everything we have on hand at home (but not only) to train. End point: understand that a constant workout accompanied by good nutrition make a difference.

I will see the Beauty, with homemade beauty recipes. Eggs, lemon, olive oil? No, we are not to make an omelette, but we are in the kitchen, with natural ingredients, clay and essential oils would do the "creams" as my grandmother called them. What to say about her? She was a woman who boasted that he never washed her face with soap and water, but only with rose water... What about me? Someone say I look like her.

Taglia ed Incolla, Disegna e Colora {Cut and Paste, Draw and Paint}

Recycled T-Shirt Pom Pom

When I was a child we had a subject at school called “handcraft” in order to learn how to draw, sew, knit and model terracotta figures among other things, and yes I went to a nun’s school. From all this, drawing is still my biggest problem. I replaced terracotta with polymer clay and sewing continues to be one of my favorite and relaxing activities.

Now they call it DIY and I call it doing things with your hands. There are many things we can do ourselves with some skills and some time; from a pin to the restyling a cabinet, of course, in this suitcase there will room be for all!

Chi Viene a Cena? {Who's Coming to Dinner?}

Tutti a tavola.... E’ pronto... Avete apparecchiato?

A tavola!!!!!!!

Ingredients:
1/3 Liqueur Pepper mint Green
1/3 Liqueur Créme Cacao White
1/3 Cream
Cocoa Powder
Mint Leaves

Put the ice in the shaker, ad Pepper mint Green, Cacao White and cream in equal parts. Shake. Serve with som Cacao Power on the top and Mint Leaves

Dinner is ready, everyone sit at the table. It is ready. Have you set the table?

Even now when I make dinner I remember when I was a child and my mom promptly called us to sit at the table to eat dinner but no one had set the table although she had repeatedly asked me and my brothers to do so. Now it is me calling my family for dinner and I find myself with an empty table…no glasses, no plates, no forks and knives and this makes me smile. Same old story.

We will compare Catalan and Italian culture between the kitchen and the table cloth...
Let's have a toast for this trip that just begins, shall we? Obviously green, obviously mint.

Dinner is ready!!!!

Avanti, prego! {Come in, please!}

I should tell you that writing the first post creates me some anxiety. The only idea of writing about decoration/design/ whatever you want to call it, it is taking me back to the past. It is a world where I have worked for 15 years (oh yes, I have a certain age!) I am passionate about and have a deep respect for but I am also extremely critic. Obviously each one has its preferences and I must admit that my taste, after so many years, it has been deformed by many decoration magazines that to me are somewhat boring and impersonal. It is difficult to see yourself living in a house entirely white with no customization. Let me tell you a secret: most of the shots are taken in houses where nobody has ever lived and that is the reason why they are so pristine and tidy. Do not worry if yours it is not, at least it is certainly lived-in. If I had to define my style I would have serious problems. Perhaps a mix between minimalism, design classics, a bit “boho-chic”, some DIY and a tiny bit of healthy old-style that never hurts.

Moda Tra Noi {Fashion Between Us}

Ecco un po' di me / This a bit of me!!

Elegance, color and emotion, this is what fashion means to me. A world on its own that gives you the opportunity the freely express yourself.

I politely wait in the backstage to see what is being proposed, admiring the skills of the ones belonging to this world; stylists, tailors, public relations…all the gears of one perfect machine.

.From the catwalk to the small boutiques, all garments and accessories can have their own charm. The right mix between the luxury and lowcost garment, this is how I dress. Bags certainly signed (damn it! Balenciaga just opened a store in Rome) but a pair of Zara pants can easily fit with Stella McCartney shirt.

A journey into the world of fashion with a suitcase full of my clothes, my taste and my style just began. We look forward to your photos because we will choose an outfit each week among those who you send us. We would like to suggest you elements of thought and enrich ourselves with your culture.

Girls the fashion show just began!!

Eccoci, si parte!! {Here We Go!!}

Moda, famiglia, arredamento, oroscopo, beauty, fitness e DYI!!

Here we are, ready to start!

Soon a new school year full of discoveries, enthusiasm, hard work and fun starts for many of us. We sit at the first bench of this virtual school with a full mintsuitcase with the idea to prove ourselves trying to explain you how we are, to make you love our passions and ready to learn whatever you are willing to teach us.

Fashion, family, furniture, horoscopes, beauty, fitness and DIY! This is what we put in our suitcase together with pictures and chats, for the trip that just begins.

Our only problem is how to zip the suitcase after we add your knowledge, pictures and chats. We will see...at the end of the day, this is a women's typical problem!
